Logo design for Seesaw, Western Australia’s arts playground.
Seesaw is a website dedicated to covering WA arts in all its varied forms. When Co-founder, editor and fabulous lady, Nina Levy asked if I could design the logo for her new venture I jumped at the chance. Working with Nina is always a delight and Seesaw was no exception.
Seesaw is written in lowercase to create a friendly and accessible feel. The tilted e’s create a subtle movement that you would expect from a seesaw. The ‘line and ball’ represent a seesaw without making it too cute and illustrative. To complete the narrative of the seesaw (we SAW it, you should SEE it) the word is separated in two with different colours.
